The Chairman’s Message – Dr. Ghazal Srinivas, Chairman
The Andhra Saraswatha Parishath, with its glorious legacy, has always been guided by its two ideals — the glory of the Telugu language and our self-respect as the Telugu people. Though the name in Telangana has become “Telangana Saraswatha Parishath,” due to regional circumstances, our mission remains the same — i.e., service to the Telugu Talli (Mother Telugu)!
The Andhra Saraswatha Parishath has expanded its activities across Andhra Pradesh and worldwide.
We have established our main office at Sri Alluri Satyanarayana Raju Cultural Center in Narsapuram with all the eminities like:
-a well-equipped library and reading hall,
-a 100-seat mini auditorium,
-a 750-seat air-conditioned auditorium, and
-10 guest rooms for accommodation.
We express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Parakala Prabhakar, President of the Cultural Center, for his unstinting support in strengthening Telugu language and culture.
It is our firm belief that we must not depend on the government to conduct our programmes. Telugu must live in the people’s hearts as the language of affection — as the language of the mother’s lap. That is our true goal. We are working hand-in-hand with all Telugu associations to bring our mother tongue closer to the youth, students, and children.
We organize grand Telugu Mahasabhas every two years. At first, it was conducted in 2022 at Bhimavaram, and then in 2024 at Rajamahendravaram, both celebrated as the true festivals of the Telugu pride.
The 3rd World Telugu Conference will now be held on January 3, 4, and 5, 2026
at Sri Sathya Sai Spiritual City, Sri Sai Bommidala Nagar, Guntur–Amaravati (40-acre campus on the National Highway).
Sri P. Ramachandra Raju and Sri Vasireddy Vidya Sagar have taken charge as the Chief Coordinators.
It is our aspiration to hold this event on the scale of the “Telugu Kumbh Mela.”
We extend a heartfelt invitation to every Telugu family — to come, join us, and make the Telugu Mahasabhas a resounding success!
The main stage will be named in the honour of Sri Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, where the central programme will be held.
Serving the Telugu language with self-respect and love — that is our highest mission!

Yours Sincerely,
Dr. Ghazal Srinivas
Chairman
Andhra Saraswatha Parishath
